Protect Your Order: Inspect for damage upon delivery.  
Inspection at delivery:
  • When your shipment arrives, inspect all items before signing for them. This step is crucial to ensure your items are not damaged.
  • If the delivery driver is in a hurry and does not allow you sufficient time to inspect the package, inform the driver that if you’re unable to inspect it properly, you will either have to refuse the package or sign for it as “damaged”.
If you find damage:
  • Contact us immediately at 866-792-4793 to expedite the resolution process. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier.
  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt while the driver is present.
  • Capture photos of the damage, including damaged packaging.
  • Keep both the inner and outer packaging materials.
Signing for the shipment:

Please do not sign for the items without inspecting them first. Your signature confirms that you received the items in good condition. If you sign without inspection, it implies the items are free of damage.

 
Post-delivery damage:

After you've signed for the items, please be aware that any damage discovered later will not be the responsibility of SuppliesOnTheFly or the freight carrier.
